Leafs at Bruins

Few thoughts:

Well looks like a lot of people a lot of people got their wish with Bourque

Seguin has been sloppy in recent games with passes into the middle of the offensive zone from the half-wall that immediately lead to transition the other way. That being said, I'll take the 3 points from him to bring him to (I believe) 18 in 21 games.

Similarly, seems like the D has been sloppy with passes out in front of the goal that prevent the Bruins from getting out of their own zone

Khoudobin continues to look solid

For all intents and purposes, the Bruins have two #1 lines, and I love it. Looking at the ages of all those guys is scary.

Thank you Kessel

Not sure how Colton Orr only got two minutes

Interesting seeing Chara paired with Dougie for some time

I'm sick of finishing games with one team's goalie pulled. I don't want angina

Thank god this game wasn't in Toronto, because then you know there would have been the fishy call with 2 minutes left

Good to be back on track

  1. I liked the way Tony Ko tracked the puck all night and was active covering lose pucks every chance. Seguin loves playing his hometown heroes.

Much needed win and nice to see Milt. Looking good for Ninety-five. One of the classiest Bruins and humans of all time. There's a neat plaque at the Kitchener Aud commemrating the famed Kraut Line.

  2. Oh yeah. One more thing. I was thrilled to hear from Darren Dreger that the B's have one of the best players in the world not in the NHL. Hopefully Sodenberg(sp) will be here soon. Stay tuned.
